Terms of Service
These terms govern use of CascadeAnswer's services: the AI Visibility Scan, website design and hosting, listing management, AI-powered phone answering, lead capture, and related front-desk services provided to small businesses in the United States, home services included ("customers"), and the associated calls and messages exchanged with the people who contact those businesses.
Signing up and payment
You start with a free AI Visibility Scan. If we build a preview of a new website for you, it stays a preview, hidden from search, until you buy. You can pay on the site, and every price is shown before you enter a card. You choose one plan in a single checkout. The one-time setup fee is $49, charged once, at checkout. The plan's first 30 days are free. Then it bills monthly until you cancel: CascadeAnswer Hosting is $20 a month, or CascadeAnswer Front Desk is $30 a month for your website and the AI front desk together. We never charge a card you have not affirmatively agreed to.
Cancelling
Month to month, cancel any time. Reply to any email from us or write to sally@cascadeanswer.com. We confirm within one business day, your plan ends at the close of the month you have paid for, and no further charges are made. You keep your phone number and your domain name.
The scan
The AI Visibility Scan is free and carries no obligation. It reports what was publicly published about your business on the date it was run, grades those records against a stated rubric, and lists anything we could not verify along with what we tried. Grades are our own assessment and can change as your records change. Nothing in a scan is a guarantee of search placement or business results.
Your website
The one-time setup fee includes building or repairing a website for your business and publishing your business details in a structured format that search engines and AI assistants can read. While you subscribe, we host that site and keep it current, on your own domain or on ours. You own your content and your domain name. If you cancel, we will provide the site files on request and will not hold your web presence to keep you subscribed. We do not guarantee any search ranking, map placement, or inclusion in any AI assistant's answers, because no provider can honestly guarantee those.
The service
CascadeAnswer answers calls on behalf of subscribing businesses using an AI assistant, Sally, who identifies herself as an AI assistant and never claims to be human. Call details captured by the assistant are delivered to the business by email. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the listed price, month to month, and can be cancelled at any time. The $30 a month plan includes up to 100 answering minutes a month. The $20 a month plan includes website hosting and upkeep and no phone assistant. If your usage consistently exceeds 100 minutes a month we will talk with you about what fits before anything changes on your bill. Booking on your own calendar is not part of the service until we say it is live.
SMS / text messaging terms
- Program: CascadeAnswer (Calvin Riley II, sole proprietor, Camas, WA) sends texts from (360) 787-9359 to its own prospects and customers about an AI Visibility Scan request, appointment and demo confirmations, and replies to messages you send us. No marketing. We do not send these texts on behalf of a client business. Full detail: SMS Terms.
- Consent: only if you check the optional SMS box on https://cascadeanswer.com/scan.html. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, based on your requests.
- Rates: Msg & data rates may apply.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See https://cascadeanswer.com/privacy.html.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, for sending unsolicited marketing messages, or in any way that violates carrier rules or applicable law, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM. We may suspend service that violates these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to answer every call accurately, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or particular business outcomes, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the month the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
