CascadeAnswer ("we," "us") provides AI visibility scans, website design and hosting, listing management, AI-powered phone answering, and related front-desk services for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of cascadeanswer.com, our business customers, and people who call phone numbers operated by CascadeAnswer on behalf of our business customers.

Information we collect

• Scan requests: your name, business name, website, email and phone number, so we can run the scan and send it to you.
• Business customers: name, business name, contact details, the business information you ask us to publish on your website and listings, and billing information (payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers).
• Callers: when you call a number we operate, we collect your phone number, the information you choose to share on the call (such as name, service address, and the reason for your call), and call transcripts, so the business you contacted can serve you. You will always be told you are speaking with a virtual assistant.
• Email you send us: messages sent to any cascadeanswer.com address are received by our email provider and forwarded to us so we can reply.
• Website visitors: basic technical data needed to operate the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

We use information solely to deliver our services: running scans, building and hosting customer websites, answering calls, capturing service requests, delivering those details to the business you contacted, billing our business customers, and improving service quality and safety. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging and consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Sharing

Call details are shared with the specific business you contacted (that is the purpose of the service) and with the service providers we use to operate our platform (such as telephony, email, hosting and cloud infrastructure providers), bound by their own confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Retention and security

We keep call summaries and messages only as long as needed to provide the service to the business you contacted and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest.

Your choices

To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
